Since joining DBI in 2005, Mr. Bencivenga has overseen complex projects across the United States and internationally. Notable projects include Phoenix-area school districts, PMRC’s 300-building apartment portfolio, Stolthaven’s petrochemical facility in Louisiana, the St. Landry Parish School District, and the Schott glass manufacturing plant.
